Terms and Conditions of EWettstein™ Art Purchases:
Upon purchasing an EWettstein™ work of art the Purchaser gets the right to own, display, gift, or resell the painting as desired.
The Artist retains all other rights to the art, including reproductions of the art in any and all present and future media forms available.
It is agreed that the Artist may in the future, from time to time, request of the Purchaser or subsequent owners of the art the privilege of borrowing the art for a Showing away from the custody of the Purchaser, and that the Purchaser or subsequent owner, shall, if possible, and without remuneration, work with the Artist to make the art available at such Showings. The Showing may add to the value of the art.
A Bill Of Sale to the above effect will be submitted to the Purchaser for signature, prior to delivery of the art.
If not satisfied, the Purchaser may return the art in its original condition, within 7 days, for a complete refund.
